SERVICE1st  RESTORATION & REMODELING provides complete construction phase services to restore each building or home to perform and look it's best. During the pre-construction phase we work diligently with the owner to insure that what we have proposed meets or exceeds their individual requirements. This partnering approach is essential to the success of a project. The construction phase follows necessary local permitting. We assign a project supervisor who maintains his presence on the project daily. He assigns manpower requirements and coordinates material deliveries, while keeping a pulse on the project to insure it's quality and an expedited completion. 

 

We maintain skilled craft personnel which include framing carpenters, finish carpenters, drywall mechanics, painters, plumbers, and electricians. We typically self-perform 90% of the work we are contracted to do. Because of our strong local presence and our reputation, we have professionals we can draw upon should specialty trade contractors be required.
