Service1st Restoration & Remodeling Joins Pioneering Technology In Distributing Safe-T-Element™ in Greater Harrisburg Area

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (November 2007) – Service1st Restoration & Remodeling of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania announces that it has finalized an agreement with Pioneering Technology, of Mississauga, Ontario, to distribute their Safe-T-Element™ Cooking System throughout the Greater Harrisburg Area.

Service1st, a restoration and remodeling company whose main focus is on water and fire damages, recognized the need to make safety a priority.

“Too many times in our industry we see how lives could have been saved if taking precautions would not have been taken for granted,” President and CEO, Jaime Novinger, says.

Stovetop cooking fires are the number one cause of household fires in North America. In the United States, a home fire is reported every 79 seconds, and someone dies from a home fire every 135 minutes, according to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Safe-T-Element™ Cooking System is relevant to those who are most vulnerable to fire. It helps to prevent injuries, save lives, and protect properties from the dangers of stovetop cooking fires. The product is currently being marketed through established distribution channels to multi-residential senior’s facilities, housing authorities, universities and colleges, and other high-risk facilities.
